Draw mold elevation via the section polyline
SectMoldElevation is an architectural utility to draw the elevation of a mold model based on the section polyline. In some building designed procedure, the architects always meet the situation drawing the elevation of a complex building mold by lines. in most situations, the building molds start with a section bounding shape and end with the mirror shape of the source.
In AutoCAD, the section shape is often drawn as a polyline, to finish the elevation, we must create lines between vertex of the couple of polylines. This simple operation will never cause problem but only the time cost and future inconvenient management. The lines often coincided each other and make problems in managing the objects.
SectMoldElevation will draw the mold elevation simply by the section polyline and integrate the lines into AutoCAD unnamed block contain parameters. The nest parameters can be modified directly via the SectMoldElevation main dialog.
To start SectMoldElevation, just type SMOLD at AutoCAD "Command:" prompt.

SectMoldElevation will build the MOLD block via the following data:
- The end-point type
- Mirror the section polyline;
- Copy the section polyline;
- Trim the lines by vertical line across end-point;
- There are two parameters in the Geometry part:
- The section polyline
- The length of the MOLD block
Once the SectMoldElevation block is created, all these parameters can be modified via the same dialog by indicating the correct MOLD block from AutoCAD graphic screen.

SectMoldElevation support three different types in building the unnamed block:
